Q: “Has music always been in your family?”

A: “I was 3-1/2 when I was singing and dancing, my mom said I was on stage, you know. My uncle was with Toscanini, the classical ... Arturo Toscanini for twenty years. Frank Paris, a very fine bassist, you know. That was the only one that mom loved, too. She wanted to be a dancer, but never got on a show, but my dad just loved music and the whole family just loved music.”
