Q: “It has been said so many times that this must be your second home, Toronto. You’ve played here so frequently and such a strong and loyal audience around here.”

A: “I think actually, musically speaking, audience-wise, it's probably our first home because I don't think … In Rochester, I would do three performances like we're doing at Massey, but it feels good up here. I fell in love with the city the first time I came and there are musicians up here who are fantastic. There are recording facilities here that we've been using more and more. In fact, Dexter's new album, a lot of that was recorded at Mantis Sound here. There are a lot of nice reasons to come to Toronto. I mean, Massey Hall, Ontario Place, Stratford, you know, all these things are happening and to think that there is always an audience there that feels that good, why not come?”
