Q: “You played with some of the best, didn’t you? Did you play with George Hall?”

A: “Yes, I did and you know, the people in the rhythm section of that band all went on to do something very interesting. Tony Mottola was the guitar player, Nick Fatool was the drummer and there was a boy that passed on named Doc Goldberg who was a very good bass player.”
