PATRICK TEVLIN (clarinetist) leads The Happy Pals, the Patrick Tevlin Quartet, the Patrick Duo, and a member of the Magnolia Brass Band. He primarily played New Orleans Jazz and R&B music. He played with the Magnolia Brass Band in the “Sound of Jazz” Concert Series on January 14, 1987.
