Biography

IAN SHAW (vocalist, pianist) The Welsh born singer is considered one of the finest male vocalists working today. Shaw’s numerous appearances include festivals and clubs worldwide and appearances with Quincy Jones, Guy Barker, Kenny Wheeler and Cleo Laine among others. The singer/songwriter drew praise for his 2006 album “Drawn to All Things “ the songs of Joni Mitchell” and is a regular presenter on BBC Radio 2, 3 and 4. He was awarded Best Jazz Vocalist in 2004 at the BBC Jazz Awards.
