Biography

FRANK FALCO (pianist, bandleader, teacher) appeared in 11 separate ‘Sound of Toronto Jazz’ Concerts throughout the years from 1978 to 1996, leading his own Frank Falco Trio on December 4, 1978, and later with the Eugene Amaro Quartet, the Trombone Workshop Octet, The Brass Connection, the Jane Fair Quartet, Memo Acevedo’s Banda Brava, the Don Englert Quintet, the Sam Noto Quintet, and the Ian McDougall Dectet.

Known as one of Canada's most respected music teachers, Frank Falco gives private lessons, and serves on the part-time faculty of Toronto’s York University instructing in Jazz Piano and Jazz Workshop. He is married to accomplished saxophonist Jane Fair
