Q: “How do you do it? Physically, how does it happen that we can hear chords from an arpeggio instrument?”
A: “Well, I have to sing into the horn at the same time I play and the effect of chords, like not only the voice and the blown note, but other notes in there, like really chords, comes off the combination. They are overtones and they are on my instruments and on the low bass instrument, the overtones are that good to hear. So loud that they really make chords.”
