MIKE LEWIS (pianist was born Myron J. Markowitz, and has been a prominent player on the Toronto jazz scene for several decades. He led his own Mike Lewis Trio (with bassist Steve Wallace and drummer Bill Graham) in a “Sound of Toronto Jazz” Concert at the Ontario Science Centre on March 9, 1998.
