KEITH INGHAM (pianist) was born February 5, 1942 in London. Ingham, a pianist performing in the swing and Dixieland style has worked with Benny Goodman, Susannah McCorkle, Eddie Condon and Roy Eldridge. He moved to New York in 1979.
