Q: “Probably more people should be aware of you and the fact that you’re playing and that you’re creating, but you saying ‘ah, that doesn’t bother me’ I don’t understand that…”

A: Zoot Sims: “Well, I work all the time. You know, I don't ... you know, being famous, I must be famous enough if I work all the time.”

Interviewer: “The same work all time.”

Zoot Sims: “Yeah, you know, making records. I just don't think along those lines, but listen, I'm glad that somebody, he’s doing well. He sounds more like to me...”
