Q: "Who are some of the people that you have recorded with?"

A: “Well, maybe I'd like to mention some people that are not quite as popular, you know. Of course, I was lucky enough to recall with Miles and Wayne and Zawinul and, I don't know, McCoy Tyner, Herbie Hancock. But there are other guys like Buck Hill I'd like to mention now. You know, there is a young pianist in New York, he's playing with the Mel Lewis Band now, named Jim McNealy. I'm very pleased with the record that we made. You know, of course, it will never be widely distributed, you know.”
