PATRICIA “PAT” WHEELER (soprano saxophonist, flutist, piccolo player) was born in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Accomplished at playing the demanding soprano sax, she leads The Absolute Faith Orchestra Jazz Octet who released their debut CD in 2001. In addition to a March 11, 2005 showcase concert during the “Sound of Toronto Jazz” Series at the Ontario Science Centre, the ensemble has been featured at Ontario Place and the du Maurier Downtown Jazz festival in Toronto.
